Financial Policy

You will be given a full treatment plan and estimate of costs before any treatment is commenced in order that you may budget properly for your treatment. We accept cash, cheques, MasterCard, VISA, and Debit Cards.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of any appointment. To fill empty slots at short notice is usually not possible. Our fixed running costs are high and consequently we will charge for appointments cancelled at short notice at the rate of £65 per half hour for dentist appointments and £51 per hygienist appointment.
